ATF Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms should be a store and not a department of the gov't that engages in civil forfeiture of law abiding citizens that are not convicted of a crime. I wrote about civil forfeiture the other day here where I linked to the Irishman and just a day later Eric Holder gives the BATFE more power. Stranger has a link to the latest news of Holder's over reach of justice that violates the rights of one's who would not even contemplate spitting on the sidewalk. Welcome to America....
